This kind of composite material structure is moisture-proof, cold resistant, low temperature heat sealing tensile strength is high, the cost is relatively economic. Among them, BOPP/PE structure of packaging bag appearance, feel better than PET/PE structure, can improve the grade of products.
3, PET/VMPET/CPE, BOPP/VMPET/CPE
Due to the existence of aluminized layer, this kind of composite material structure has fine surface printing, but the low temperature heat sealing performance is slightly poor, and the cost is high, so the utilization rate is relatively low.
4, NY/PE, PET/NY/LLDPE, PET/NY/AL/PE, NY/PE
This kind of composite material structure of the packaging of freezing resistance, impact resistance, due to the existence of NY layer, its resistance to puncture performance is very good, but the cost is relatively high, generally used for packaging angular or heavier products.
In addition, there is a simple PE bag, generally used as vegetables, simple frozen food packaging bags. In addition to the packaging bag, some frozen food need to use plastic tray, the most commonly used pallet material is PP, food grade PP hygiene is better, can be used at -30℃ low temperature, in addition to PET and other materials.
